Do you have a cancellation policy?

Things can change under short notice. Therefore, a customer can chose to cancel their appointment with 48 hours’ notification without penalty and/or reschedule.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Is someone needed to be at the business while we cleaning?

No, but you can chose if you want us to clean during business hours or after hours.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Cash App, and checks. (A service fee of $50 is charged for all returned checks.)

What do I to prepare for your arrival?

For commercial cleaning coordinating with you about keys, codes, alarms and other security procedures.

Do you guarantee your work?

If you are not satisfied with the work we will fix the problem or your money back.
